International applicant for SEAS ED 2016.chance me plz

<p>I am from India.I am currently giving my A Level
I am planning to apply to penn this year
My ACT score is 35(maths-36,Science-36,Reading-35,Writing-33)
My Sat score is 1920(writing-540,maths-790,CR-590)(that's why i gave ACT!)
I would apply for financial aid
My AS level results are
Maths-A
Physics-a
Chem-A
Computing -A
My A2 exams will be in november
I have written a pretty good app essay
and my recommendations are extremely good
My rank in class is (1/109)
I have very few EC's:-
Karate -brown belt
Chess-State level Winner
Member of the student council in my school
Have helped my friends build a website(Maybe that may not count)
My predicted grades for A2 are all A* except english(for which a C or B might be possible)
I have taken part in 9th std. in national science olympiad and national maths olympiad(though didnt get a very good score)
Taken part in many science fairs and competitions
Won 3rd prize on National Science day for a project(competitors were from all over the city)
I know i am very weak in EC's
Please give me tips to improve my EC's and other parts of the application</p>

<p>I think you have a realistic chance going by your stellar class rank, ACT score, as well as your participation in various Olympiads. However, Penn is not need blind for any internationals other than Canadians, so it might be more wise to apply to one of the six schools who are nee blind to internationals. However, if you truly love Penn the most, then go ahead and apply early, I’m sure you have a chance at getting in an getting financial aid.</p>
