Applying to:
Applying: Stanford (Early Decision), UPenn, Brown, Pomona, Swarthmore, Tufts (sibling is an alum), Wesleyan, Northwestern, Duke, Emory, Northeastern, NYU, UMass Amherst
Intended Major: Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Biology, or General Biology

Which Penn college are you applying to?
Regardless:
UMass- safety
Northeastern- safety
NYU- safety
Emory- high match (wouldn’t really call it a safety for anyone)
Tufts- high match (same thing)
Northwestern- low reach (same)
Brown- reach (because Ivy)
Penn- reach (same reason)
Duke- low reach (same as NW)
Wesleyan- high match
Swarthmore- low reach (just because of selectivity)
Pomona- same exact thing
Stanford- reach, but you have as good a chance as any.
Just calling many reaches because I do not want you to get your hopes up or something, but I think you could potentially get into all schools. My two cents.

Your GPA and standardized test scores put you in the range of all your schools. Here’s what I think:

UMass Amherst-safety

Ivies-low reach. Remember most Ivies are ~10% acceptance so don’t be surprised if you are rejected.

Stanford (REA, they don’t do ED)-high reach. Any school with a less than 5% acceptance rate is a reach for the best student unless you have some hook.

Emory, Northeastern, NYU are high match/low reach.

Duke and Pomona are low reach as well. You might want to consider Harvey Mudd.

I can’t chance you on Swarthmore/Wesleyan as I’m not really familiar with them. And Tufts of course is the one school that is likely to reject you if they think you’re using them as a backup, although with a sibling attending you have a chance.

I might add Case Western and possibly University of Miami as match schools for biology/biochem/BME.

Good luck!
