Chance me for these out of state schools

3.7 GPA, 30 ACT, 1970 SAT, Involved in Band, Academic Competition, Math Club, International Club, Mentoring, and I have worked after school since freshman year.
I’ve taken all AP in the 4 academic subject areas through senior year including Calculus AB and BC, Physics, Biology, Econ, English 3 and 4, and others. Started my first high school classes in 7th grade with Algebra and Biology.

I’d like to go out of state, from my state (Mississippi) to somewhere like one of these:

Alabama
Florida State
Arizona
Arizona State
Central Florida

I’d like to do marketing or communications. Film would be my dream but I don’t know if I should because Im not sure about job security for video editors.

Anyway, if you can tell me what you think my chances for getting in and scholarships are I’d appreciate it!

Edit: Forgot to add, my class rank is 18 out of 476. Competitive class! :slight_smile:

@genecr4 I’m not sure whether any University of Alabama campuses have a suitably strong program for you, but if so, look at their automatic scholarships based on grades and test scores; on that note, I would consider trying to raise your SAT or ACT a bit, as it would improve your scholarship opportunities substantially.
