chance me for top schools please!!!

Hi everyone! I'm currently in my junior year, and I am thinking of applying to Northwestern, Duke, Rice, Georgetown, USC, UC Berkeley, Michigan, etc... basically, fairly big schools with strong athletics and school spirit, but also world-renowned academics. I may apply to a few ivies (Columbia, Dartmouth), but I'm not really expecting to get in.

ABOUT ME:
Graduation year: 2013
Gender: female
Race: caucasian
State: CA
High School: public, very competitive
Major: mathematics
Upper middle class family

STATS:
- GPA: 3.95 (my HS doesn't weight, but my weighted is only like a 4.1 since I've only taken 1 AP so far)
- RANK: my HS doesn't rank, but definitely in top 10%
SAT: haven't taken yet, but plan on at least breaking 2100 (practice scores show that this is very likely)
- ACT: haven't taken yet, got a 28 on the PLAN with no preparation, plan on 31-33
- APs: have only taken one AP so far - European History (4). Currently taking Calc AB and Physics C (and Honors English) as a junior. Planning to take Calc BC, Stat, Computer Science, English (maybe), French, Gov/Econ as APs senior year.

ECs:
- member of my school's Model UN team which has won numerous nationwide competitions and was named last year as the best team nationwide by bestdelegate.org; have attended many regional, statewide, and nationwide conferences, winning multiple outstanding and best delegate awards

volunteer biweekly with local elementary school program to tutor students who are reading significantly below grade level; in my 3rd year, plan to continue next year

this past summer, i organized a reading book club with a local center for underprivileged children; plan to continue next summer, will also do reading-related activities with them over the holidays

member of Gay-Straight Alliance club at school; NHS member; helping to start French NHS at my school, plan to be officer; California Scholarship Federation (CSF) member for 3 years so far, but to be honest, I'm not really sure what it does...

I suppose my "angle" is that I'm a valley girl from California whose favorite subject is math, which is somewhat of an anomaly from what I know. Will get great letters of rec. I plan on doing as many interviews as possible, and expect that an interview will help my chances. I definitely think that my ECs look like the weakest part of my application, but I've tried to find things that I'm truly passionate about and get heavily involved with them. However, I'm welcome to suggestions if you feel that I should get more involved. Also, I want to play up my interest in math, but my school doesn't really have a math team or anything like that. Any suggestions about math competitions or anything else would be appreciated!

I know that there are lots of "blanks" in my stats as far as tests going since I'm just starting my junior year, so advice on how to improve my chances during junior/senior year would be much appreciated!

THANK YOU!!!
