Chance me for UC Berkeley/UCLA? (BIOLOGY)

Currently a biology major at UC Davis looking to transfer to a biology program for UCLA or Cal.

3.73 GPA -- UC Davis (73 units)
4.00 GPA -- Community college (~40 units)
Overall: 3.83

Dean's List for last three years
Honor's student at UC for one year
Won Distinguished Student Award in Spanish department
Spanish tutor

Volunteer: 5 hours/week at a physical therapy center for 2 months
Research/internships: Full time biomedical research immersion program for 2 months over the summer
Biomedical research seminar as an honors student

My EC's/leadership experiences are pretty weak. I also got a C in calculus which definitely plummeted my GPA.

Is there anyone who has been accepted into the biology programs at either of these schools?

Further, what are some things I can do between now and November (when I submit my application) to boost my chances of getting into either of these schools?

Thanks, all!

Because you have more than 70 units from a university, I do not believe that you qualify for junior level transfer.

50% chance for UCLA; Make sure you do the honors program and get TAP certified. I know a 4.0 that got rejected into Berkeley so for you i would say 20% for UCB.

Davis goes by quarter system so that’s only about 48-49 semester units, he/she is still junior standing.

You should directly contact UCLA/UCB Admission office to get a reliable answer and plan accordingly
