UCLA - no chance
USC - no chance
UCSD - no chance
UIUC, - no chance
UT Austin - no chance

Good Luck!

Your EC’s seem to be one-dimensional with music-is this your major? And, since most kids have the NHS and similar academic organizations, there doesn’t appear to be anything that stands out. But, since you are OOS for the UC’s, they will welcome your $60K per year checks.

No, I’ll be applying as undeclared

Are you able to pay around $55K/year for the UC’s??? OOS students get little to no financial aid from the UC’s.
Great ACT score and good EC’s if you plan to pursue music. UC GPA below average but within a competitive range.

UCLA: High Match/Low Reach
USC/UCSD/UICU: Match
UT Austin: Low Match

Since you are undeclared, you run a risk of not being admitted to the elite UC’s, however, your $60,000 yearly fees might give you an advantage.
