Chance me for UC's and CSU's?

With deadlines approaching, I figured now is the time for one last chance thread.
I'm applying for Mechanical Engineering at UCLA, UCB, UCSB, UCSD, UCI, SDSU, and SLO.

UC/CSU GPA: 4.4
I got straight A's throughout all of highschool, aside from one B+ freshman year. Took one AP sophomore year, three APs junior year, four APs senior year, and a lot of honors classes.

Scores:
ACT: 32 Composite, 33 English, 30 Math, 32 Reading, 33 Science, 32 English/Writing(10 on essay)
SAT: 1930 Composite, 590 CR, 670 M, 670 W
SAT (2nd try): 1910 Composite, 620 CR, 660 M, 630 W
SAT II: 630 BioM, Taking Math 2 in December
AP: APeuro(2), APUSH(1), Chem(3), English(4)

The next is straight from my application:
Educational prep:
MESA (4 years, treasurer 12th grade), Pre-Engineering Academy (1 year, offered at the local navy base)

Volunteering:
School Recycling (1 year, about 100 hours, was the leader), Coastal Cleanup (1 year, only 6 hours), Tae Kwon Do Demonstrations (2 years, about 70 hours), Link Crew (2 years, about 40 hours), Relay for Life (1 time, 25 hours)

Awards/honors:
NHRP Scholar (got recognized as an academically excelling Hispanic student), 2nd Degree Black Belt (received after 10 years of tkd), MESA regionals 2nd place (2nd place in math competition) MESA regionals 3rd place (3rd place in math competition another year), Principals award (top scholar at school)

Extracurriculars:
Tae Kwon Do (12 years), Track and Field (4 years), Cross Country (3 years), Food Culture Club (Co-Founder, this year), Guitar (5 years)

Essays will be about:
1) Growing up as the youngest child, eventually becoming independent
2) Experience helping underprivileged children through Tae Kwon Do
Ive gotten my essays reviewed by about 5 or 6 people, and they all have said they are quality essays

Also to take note:
I am a CA resident
Hispanic
Top 3% in class of 630 students
School isn't exactly high quality

Thanks!

UCLA/UCB: High Match
UCSD/SLO: Match
UCI/UCSB: Low Match
SDSU: Safety

Good luck.

UCI, UCSB, SLO,UCSD -Match
UCB -low reach ( school of engineering is tough to get in)
UCLA -High match
your gpa is good, but don’t send your SAT score; it’s a bit low for UCLA & Cal. Your ACT is good, but the 30 in math is a bit low, especially if you’re applying to the schools of engineering. Your essays seems cliche, but if you can make it unique, then you’ll be fine. Overall, good chances at all the schools!

Thanks for the input!

@potatoman1010 You have a good shot at the colleges. Engineering is very difficult to get into
