Also, should i retake my SAT 1s in October or make SAT 2s my priority? Thanks

UPenn- High Reach
Northwestern- Mid-High Reach
Stanford- High-Reach (unless they want you to play h2o polo there ;))
USC- High-Match
UCLA- Match
Cal- High Match
Brown- High Reach
BC- Match

That’s with current SAT’s. Definitely re-take!

thanks but seeing that i only took 1 sat 2s should i take sat 1s in october or sat 2s first?

you’ve a pretty solid application but your academic portion is sub-par for an Asian. The sports is good however as it shows dedication, especially in your case where you focused on just a few.

I recommend getting SAT II finished (because you 100% need 2+ so you don’t want to be stuck without enough reqs) then get your SAT I up ASAP!!! try to aim for AT LEAST a 2200.

If you have time, chance mine:

alright thanks! and is my sat 1 score the only thing lacking? or are my ecs weak as well?

bumb anyone else?

can anyone else chance me? ill gladly chance back

I think you can make it into the instates since you are from cali (:

But your SAT is a bit low…

I think you stand a good chance at the UCs, so long as your not applying to a very competitive major.

What I have noticed breaks people I have known that applied to UCs, especially Berkeley, is a weak personnel statement. I mean people with more to offer than you, and you look good for a UC, they simply get rejected for weak personnel statements.

Also, to be blunt-- there is a large amount of Asain immigrants at UCs, again especialy UCB. So I wouldn’t merely rely on that for my personal statement.

Congrats on the nice stats.
