UCLA/UCB: Low Reach
USC/SLO/UCSD: High Match
SCU/UCI/UCD/UCSB: Match
SJSU/UCSC: Low Match
UCR/UCM: Safety

Your GPA is above average, so your chances at the UCs and CPSLO are good.
UCSD is a match.
UCD/UCI/UCSB/CPSLO are low matches.

Thanks. Would my chances change much if I get 2200+ on the SAT or 34+ on the ACT?

Your chances for the private schools may improve if you get higher test scores, but the higher test scores will not have a significant impact on your chances for the UCs (except UCSB). The UCs in general, value GPA a lot more than test scores. UCSB is the exception. Like the other UCs, UCSB loves high GPAs, but unlike the other UCs, it also loves high test scores. Assuming you have a 2200+ SAT score:
UCB/UCLA are still low reaches or high matches.
UCSD is still a match.
UCD/UCI/CPSLO are still low matches.
UCSB is a safety.
