<p>I'm from a super competitive school in the LA area</p>

<p>Freshman year:
1st sem - 3.67 (no weighted classes)
2nd - 3.83 (same)</p>

<p>Soph:
1st - 3.83 UW 4.0 W
2nd - 3.83 UW 4.0 W</p>

<p>Junior:
1st - 3.83 UW 4.33 W
2nd - 4.0 UW 4.5 W</p>

<p>Senior: (hypothetically/assuming I work my butt off, since senior year hasnt started yet)
1st - 4.0 UW 4.67 W
2nd - 4.0 UW 4.67 W</p>

<p>Not sure about class rank</p>

<p>AP/honors Course load (from all 4 years): AP Art History, APUSH, AP Gov, AP Spanish, AP Economics, AP English Literature, AP Calc, Spanish Honors</p>

<p>SAT: 2090 (will retake for 2100+)
SAT II:
math1 - 790
Math2 - 750
Will take USH and Spanish in the near future...
ACT: 30</p>

<p>EC:
-CSF life member, tutoring
-Volunteer at food bank several times a month
-Volunteer at several racing events (total hours around 100+)
-Swimming all 4 years
-Korean Club (secretary)
-Biology club (club representative)
-School honor society
-peer resources
-School office helper/advisor
-Cello for 11 years
-Hapkido for 10, although it wasn't something I was really passionate about</p>

<p>Background info:
-Half Spanish, half Korean
-Low income
-Mother died when I was 10
-Mother also did not go to college</p>

<p>Good chances at most UC’s but a low reach for Berkley and LA because of the Honors/AP workload.</p>

<p>Pot favor LOL I think you’ll fit very well into UC Berkeley.</p>

<p>I think you’ll get into all the UCs (with maybe the exception of LA or Berkeley), BU, and Pepperdine. USC and NYU might be reaches. Good SAT IIs and ECs though, so you have a shot at all of them:)</p>
