Chance me for UCSD

It's my dream school and I would die if I got in, yadda yadda yadda, it's what they all say, I know.

SAT: 1920 (I received SAT tutoring since these scores and retaken the SAT, new predicted score = 2040+ but can't be sure)

ACT:
composite: 29
english: 34
math: 26
science: 26
reading: 28
essay:9

GPA: 3.7 unweighted, 4.5 weighted, 4.2 accumulative

Rank: top 3%, #20 / 756

ECs:
President of Key Club, 11
Member or Key Club, 9, 10, 11, 12
Committee Chair of Key Club, 9, 10
Member of AP Club, 10
Member of Culture Appreciation Club, 9, 10, 12
Member of IB Club, 11, 12
Guide Dawg (tutor, school guide), 11, 12
Church volunteering (100+ hours)
CSF Member, 9, 10, 11, 12
Kiwanis Youth of the Month Nominee (I don't know if I got it or not yet)

-- Also founded an annual event called "Readers are Leaders" in my community, it's a pretty big project for my little town.

Academic:
2 AP classes over my 4 years
Full IB student (including TOK)

Major:
I applied for Biomed with an alternate in Neurology, I know they're both really impacted, so I'm not sure of my chances with my low GPA and scores right now. My essay was written well, with a few high points, but I didn't have an amazing event or something I overcame to write about, it was basically about my family and their impact on me.

Extras:
Don't know if it matters, but:
White, female, brother currently attending UCSB, parental status: married, school proficiency level in California: 4/10

with your ACT and current SAT you’re around the average of admitted students. If you pull your SAT to 2000+ it should help i think.

UCSD: High Match if your SAT is 2000+
Low Reach if your SAT is below 2000
