Chance me for UIUC, RPI, Virginia Tech, UMD College Park, Penn State, and Purdue Engineering

I haven’t taken the SATs or ACTs yet, I’m a sophomore who’s almost done with the school year and I’m just starting to look at colleges.
Intended Major: Civil Engineering (Maybe aerospace, not too sure yet)
GPA: 3.58 (bad freshman year)
Weighted GPA: Unknown, maybe around a 4? Not sure how these work.
SAT/ACT: N/A
ECs:
Founder and Co-President of Engineering Club
Model Congress, went to 2 conferences at Yale and Harvard respectively and won 1 award at Yale
Habitat for Humanity
Internship at Civil Engineering firm (firm? company? idk)
Not sure if I can do another internship this summer, because I’m taking pre-calc
Course load: Took 3 honors freshman year, taking 2 this year. Taking the pltw program for the second year now, got an A in Intro to Engineering, have an A- in Principles of engineering. (I can get that up to an A easily) Took algebra 2 non honors and got an A, planning on taking Pre-calc this summer to go into honors pre calc so I can take AP calc senior year. Course load next year: (Not sure if I’m taking AP Bio or AP Chem next year, which one would be better? I love bio more but Chem seems more useful…) APUSH, Civil Engineering pltw capstone course, maybe also taking an aerospace engineering course, just to expand my options, and see if I like it.
Senior year I should be taking ap calc, ap physics, ap gov or ap euro, and Ap Spanish.
Income bracket: I can’t say for sure, my father just lost his job so there’s economic troubles now, but by the end of junior year who knows what will happen.
Now to explain the gpa. I’m not going to go into too much depth, but freshman year we got various evictiction notices, but managed to handle each one. We moved to a high income town in ct before freshman year because of the schools, but we were constantly hanging in by a thread. We struggled to stay there, and overcame it by the start of freshman year. I got a 3.4 freshman year, and have a 3.75 this year so far.
I know it’s hard to chance me due to the fact I’m only a sophomore, but please try. I’m not sure where I can get in, as I’ve just started looking, so feedback is appreciated. If there’s any college you think I should look at, feel free to tell me. I’m thinking of Uconn as a safety, as I’m in-state. Also, what other ECs should I look into as a prospective engineer? I know they’re a little bit light.

Bump. I know it’s difficult to chance me given limited school experience, but please help me out.

Way too early to tell with no AP or SAT scores. Come back in a year.

Yeah I thought so, but I figured it was worth a try. Thanks anyway, you’ll see me here next year
