Please let me know any areas that I should improve on. I know my SAT is low but I believe that I can raise it! Also, I plan on taking the SAT subject tests (US history and math II)
You have a very high chance of acceptance. Your grades and ECs are excellent. The only thing that may hold you back is your SAT score, but you have time to improve that. As @SternBusiness mentioned, the fact that you are in-state is especially advantageous. Good luck and I hope you are accepted!

I would say you have a great chance. Your SAT score is not low for in-state, and you will probably improve it anyway. ECs are excellent like your grades, and with a solid essay, I think you’ll get in!
Your stats are up to par but I suggest that you pull up your SAT (I have a friend that goes to UNC chapel hill and he recommends pulling up the SAT to as high as you can get it). You have a lot of extracurriculars that are impressive but nothing particularly stands out. It sounds like you are good at track/running so you could try to get recruited.
Chance back
It might look like I just have club positions listed but I simply did not elaborate on the success of the clubs. For Invisible children’s club, we got a grant and installed a new basketball hoop and planted flowers and trees around the center. We also raised over 1,000 clothing jackets, blankets, and scarves for the children and their families every year. There’s more for the other clubs but that is just an example of one.
I think you have a 100% chance of getting in! I’ve done a lot of research and you have all, if not more, of the qualifications that UNC searches for in a student. Above average SAT, perfect GPA, leadership positions, plenty of volunteer work, obvious determination for success. You could raise your SAT more, but I honestly doubt that it will make a difference considering you’re in-state. Best of luck!!! (even though you don’t need it)
