Hello! This is my first time posting so I'm still trying to figure everything out - I'm really just trying to pass the time until Honors decisions come out. Here goes:

Rec letters: should be stellar - one is my 10th & 11th grade English teacher, who writes beautifully and knows me incredibly well, and the other is from the superintendent of my district.
Essays: very strong - writing has always been a strength of mine and I feel the last honors essay in particular is extremely creative and meaningful.

I really love SCHC and think it could be an amazing fit, but obviously I don't have as much experience with the school as others on this site. I'm mostly worried about my ECs being somewhat weighted toward music and performance, and I'm curious as to whether I could potentially be a fit for the McNair scholarship.

I've also applied to Brown, Duke, Notre Dame, American, and Syracuse so if you have any advice to offer on some of those schools, it would be more than welcome!
