I d say good chance! I do not see any weaknesses in your profile. Yes having a sibling attending Penn is a small boost, not quite like a legacy boost but it is a plus. Obviously legacy at Stanford will help. I am not sure whether Stanford values legacy more during the EA vs the RD rounds. This is something you should look into.
