Hello! I am a rising senior and my dream school is USC. I am also very interested in UCLA, UC Berkeley, UT Austin, and GWU. What are my chances of getting in/ possibly getting money for any of these?
Weighted GPA: 4.3
ACT: 32
- 28 math, 34 english, 35 reading, 31 science
I’m taking a total of 11 AP’s courses. All of those I’ve already taken I passed, only getting one 3.
I’ve also done student government all four years, alongside theatre and cheerleading. I am also secretary of the spanish club and thespians board.
I also have 100+ hours of community service working with children, teaching them how to read, tutoring, singing with them, etc.
I should have really good rec letters and writing is my strength so I think I will have a solid essay and supplements.
My intended major is film production, but I don’t think I will be able to get into their film school so I will most likely try to major in business or communications and minor in something like screenwriting. I hope to one day work in the film industry!
