Chance me for UT austin, Duke, And Stanford!

Hi, I'm a pretty average asian student (not sure if that matters) with decent academics but lacking in EC. In school, I'm sitting at around the top 4% with a 4.0 weighted GPA. My most recent SAT scores are:

Math: 690
Reading: 720
Writing: 800

I'm about to take the Chemistry and Math 2 sub tests in June, and took the Chem AP exam today. I don't have many other AP exams in my resume, with only HGAP, Spanish and WHAP (out of which HGAP was the only 5 - not a fan of language/history). Next year however, I will be taking Bio, Physics, Statistics, Calc BC, Comp Sci, English IV and gov/eco ap, but likely won't be sending AP scores due to graduation. I was also an Region/Area level violinist 6th-10th grade, and have 1 year of experience with Math Club competitions, as well as 2 years of Science Olympiad, though I transferred schools before gaining any officer positions. I was also a member of Tri-Music Honor Society at my old school for a year, and was an active member of a small music club with which I performed several times at Charity concerts and talent shows. However, I have very little community service hours, only around 50 or so from the public library and annual christmas performances at a local hospital. So what do you guys think, and would my AP Chem score make or break my chances?

Stanford and Duke are automatically reaches for admission.

UT Austin is a safety for the campus if you are in the top 7% rank of a Texas high school and meet other basic requirements (e.g. high school course selection), but is a reach otherwise (e.g. non-Texas high school, or not in the top 7%). If you are applying to a popular division, admission to that division may not be a safety even if the campus is; check the divisional requirements.
