Great stats! The colleges you are applying to are not easy to get into for anyone, but I definitely think you have a solid chance of getting into them. You have the academic stats and the ec’s. Good luck!
Is your home state VA? What is your UW gpa?
VCU should be a safety for you.
I think you have a pretty good chance at UVA since the in-state acceptance rate is 36%, the other three are not as easy to chance for, esp since you’re an Asian female, pre-med, a very competitive demographic. If any of JHU ,Duke, Penn is a clear number one, you should apply ED, along with EA for UVA. Good luck.
