Chance me for UW Business, PLEASE!

<p>Right now I'm a European Studies Major with an International Business Minor at the University of San Diego. I want to apply to the Business Major at UW, but I know it's impacted, so I want to see if it would be a waste of my time to even apply...</p>

<p>HS GPA: 3.9 unweighted, 4.2 weighted
SATs: 660W, 670CR, 740M
College GPA: 3.6
College Schedule: Taking a bunch of business classes in the spring, as well as an upper division lit class and an upper division poli sci class. Other than that, I've fulfilled a lot of core requirements for USD which are probably a little bit irrelevant for a lot of other schools. By the end of next semester, I'll have 48-51 credits.
ECs: National leadership positions, some volunteering, no work experience. Junior Olympic medalist in Equestrian. Helped organize political week at USD in 2008.
Will have very good, personal recs and hopefully a pretty strong essay.</p>

<p>Do I have any chance at all in getting into UW, and more specifically the business major? Thanks!</p>

<p>i think you have an outstanding shot...i tell this to everybody who has a good shot at their desired college however, do not fall into the determinist trap. do everything you can to ensure that your app is as strong as possible, write an outstanding, get good recs and you will be in very good position imo</p>
