<p>You have a good chance as long as you raise those SAT's. I understand that it can be hard if you're learning English and not fully adjusted to the language, but your SAT reading score is frighteningly low. Besides that you have a really good shot at UW, but do keep in mind it's harder for out-of-staters.</p>

<p>You have a really good shot, the only issue is the Reading/Writing SAT scores, but given that you are still learning English, that should be understood in your application. I wouldn't worry about getting accepted. </p>

<p>Honors is a tough program, though. Their choices are often arbitrary and nobody's really guaranteed admission. You stand a good chance if you can muster up some really killer essays.</p>
