Hey guys. I'm looking to see what you guys think would be my chances for these big public universities. I'm from Minnesota, so I am out of state for all of these lol. My main issue is that my GPA is rather low (I got a D for a semester in pre-calc....a few Cs throughout as well....;_;), and I don't really have a reason besides low motivation and depression at the time, but nothing severe. I was just down and lazy all the time.
I'm looking to be a Computer Science major and UW Seattle is my #1 dream school (though I know CS there is really tough to get into), but I'm also looking into business administration as well. I have legacy at CMU (older sister). My plan at the moment is an undergrad degree in CS and then an MBA, but it can change.
My overall stats:

Race : Bengali American (Asian/Pacific Islander)

GPA : 3.4 UW
Despite the low GPA, I do have an upwards trend going for me (Freshman & Sophomore year I had a poor GPA, Junior year I had ~ a 3.7 GPA and I expect the same this year. I have also had a pretty much strictly Honors/AP rigorous course load throughout every year)

Rank : My school doesn't give out the ranks, but I would assume top 25%? Hopefully :P

SAT 1 - 2000 Composite
CR - 680
Math - 720
Writing - 600

ACT - 28

(I will be retaking both the ACT and SAT as I have only taken them once and I did not really study for them all that much the first time. Goal is for a 2200 SAT and 32 ACT)

APs :

MacroEcon - 3
Computer Science - 5
Literature - 3
Psychology - 3
Human Geography - 4

Current course load :
AP Government
AP Physics
AP Lang
AP Statistics
AP Calculus BC
World Affairs
Chinese 4 Honors
Mobile Application Development at my local Community College

ECs :

Swim Team - 5 years. 1 year JV, 4 years Varsity. Currently Captain.
Debate Team - 4 years. 1 year novice, 1 year JV, 2 years Varsity. Currently Captain - have been since last year.
Knowledge Bowl - 3 years, competitor for 2 years.
Model UN - 2 years.
Student Government - 2 years. Elected representative.
National Honor Society - 2 years.
Computer Club - 2 years, "leader"? No real captain or anything, but I organize some events within the club.
County Youth Commission - 2 years - executive committee leader.
Over 200 hours of volunteering and have worked with countless organizations throughout the state with this group.
Mentorship with local startup - .5 years. Junior year second semester, I got a mentorship with a local startup company that works with the creation of mobile applications. I learned a lot through my experience working with them.
As an random add-on, I have also gone to a couple of camps regarding mobile application development and have worked with using Eclipse and App Inventor. I am currently working on a couple of projects with a friend and my local hospital for the science fair which will most likely be an app of some sorts.

Sorry for the lengthy post. Thank you in advance!
