Chance me for various schools (all of which I would be OOS)

Can someone please help me? I feel like I just messed up the 1st semester of my junior year

Geometry-B
French II-D or C (Final has not gone in yet)
AP Physics-B
APUSH-B
Honors English 11-C
AP Bio-A
AP Psych-C

At best my GPA for this semester will either be 2.71 or 2.57 depending on what my grade is in french II. this would bring my HS GPA to either 3.27 or 3.34. Assuming for the rest of my HS career I get all A's, by the time I am a senior the best I can get is a lowly 3.51. I do know though that my schedule could be considered rigorous, would that be taken into consideration? I also plan on taking more AP classes next year.

On top of that, my ECs are kind of weak, not necessarily in quality but quantity:
-I work at a grocery store
- I will be doing Volunteer work in Costa Rica this summer: helping school children, planting trees, and protecting newly hatched sea turtles from predators.
-Environmental club for 1 semester
I do intend on joining a sport next year, and maybe one more club.

I've yet to take the ACT, but my projected score was 28-32, which is pretty good.

For a long time, my dream colleges have been:
-University of Washington
-University of Colorado, Boulder
-Arizona State University
-Boston University
-UCLA (I always knew this one was a stretch due to OOS, but now more so than ever)
-University of Oregon

What do you guys think, is it possible to get into these schools with my projected stats? If you would, please maybe make a few more suggestions for schools that fit if these don't quite fit me.

Washington: If you can get the GPA to a 3.5, it’ll be a high match
Colorado: Match with the 3.5 GPA
ASU: Match with a 3.5 GPA
BU: High Match wit a 3.5 GPA
UCLA: High Reach
Oregon: High Match with 3.5

I think you’ll get in to at least 1 or 2 of the schools you mentioned (Colorado and Arizona State being your best bets) if you can get the 3.5 GPA.
