<p>I'm brown male.
Please guess my chances for W&M Early Decision. I know this is a lot of info, but I wanted you to have a thorough understanding. I appreciate it guys if you respond. </p>
<p>I had all A’s freshman and sophomore year. I had a 4.2 cumulative (weighted) I had tough times in beginning of junior year and got a 2.68 for the first semester. I now have a 3.99 cumulative GPA (weighted) for all three years. There are several people with 4.3 or 4.4+ GPAs in my school.
My SAT is 2060. Reading (630) Math (700) Writing (730). I plan on retaking it.
I took the SAT 2 Math II Subject test; I get my scores tomorrow. I’m expecting 720+.
EXTRACURRICULAR
-Model UN (VP junior year, maybe President senior year)
-Policy Debate (Lab leader)
-Academic Competition Team (captain Junior/senior year)
-English National Honor Society (president senior year)
-Extemporaneous speech (Captain senior year)
-Piano (since 6th grade)</p>
<p>VOLUNTEERING
-25 hours at library (2 years ago)
-60 (and counting) hours at INOVA hospital at (Hospital Elder Life Program)</p>
<p>AWARDS
-Best Spanish 3 Student in School (9th Grade)
-6 Policy Debate Awards (Medals, Placards, Recognition)
-3 Model UN awards (certificates and a gavel)
-Ranked 3rd in Extemp. Speech and got 4th (alternative) at Regionals.
-Academic Competition team went to past regionals. </p>
<p>I’m going to have a strong recommendation and essays.
I’m going in for an on-campus interview in a few days.
I’m going to try to have a unique supplemental submission as well depicting my cultural diversity and skill with languages. </p>
<p>I want to come across as a kid with a direction towards business/politics/law rather than the traditional medicine route. </p>
<p>If I can pull my SAT score to 2200+, and if I can pull off Straight As and A+s (with 4 AP classes which have bumps, and 3 normal classes) for the first quarter at least (I intend to keep it up all year long),</p>
<p>What are my chances of getting into W&M on EARLY DECISION? Please tell me what I could fix if my chances are short.</p>
