<p>3) Interned at the U.S. Army and BAE- Helped develop sniper technology with the world's leading scientists</p>

<p>Your ECs lack some of the generic club leadership stuff, but you published a novel? A good novel? I think that’s enough of a bump…</p>

<p>The novel is good because it shows commitment to working on a project, but the truth of the matter is that it was a self-published book (through a vanity press I believe, or was it just a self-publishing company? I don’t remember which but a quick Google search confirmed it) so it won’t look quite as impressive as a book published through a legitimate publishing company. But still, as a whole it will show that you are a hard worker who is capable of focusing on a project and seeing it through.</p>
