<p>Hi, I'd be so honored if you'd give my "app" a run down. It's my first time making a chance me thread, and frankly it's a bit scary...but I appreciate it if you give me a reply. I'm a 2nd semester Junior, and I really need to start narrowing down or adding on colleges to my list.</p>
<p>I'm seriously considering: Wellesley (EE), Scripps, Carleton, U of Wash, Smith, Whitman, Gonzaga, Barnard, Oxford @Emory, Pomona (long shot..), Vassar, Grinnell, and Colorado College.
I'm mostly looking at small intimate colleges that promise to fulfill 100% demonstrated need, or schools that will give me a lot of money in the form of merit aid.
Race: Asian </p>
<p>I attend a public school with a pop of 1600+ students.</p>
<p>I recently took my SATs (Jan 28th) for the first time.
2160 overall, 750 cr 750 wri 660 math <--- I'm definitely retaking to correct that embarrassing math score.</p>
<p>GPA: 3.8 UW 4.1-ish W</p>

<p>I'm applying to a competitive internship for this summer, and if that doesn't work out I'm probably working 30-40 hours a week as a waitress.</p>
