I've just recently taken my SAT and scored 2000.
The break down of that is:

Critical reading: 650
Mathematics: 650
Writing: 700

I'm an International student completing the IB program, predicted a 38 which is a high score, therefore, i don't want to eliminate UCLA and University of Michigan just because they're public.

Please inform me about my chances of acceptance.

Thank you! :)

First- you can’t get in if you don’t apply. Second- no stats guarantee admission to almost any school. Also consider family finances- you can not expect any financial aid for many schools, especially public U’s. Do ask yourself WHY you want a US school instead of one in your home country for your undergrad education. Often you can do grad school in the US with your other country undergrad degree. Consider the cultural differences as well.
