I'm really scared that I might not get in. I hear that only top 12% students can get into UC Merced. I really want to go here, though, since it is new and all. I have no good ExtraCirriculars or foreign languages.

There are people who ARE actually worried about getting into schools who have acceptance rates along the lines of Merced's. Cut them some slack.

Um. don't worry about a thing. Anyone above a 3.0 gets (well, almost all). I'm guessing you could probably even get the regents scholar thing. You have a good chance at UCLA,UCB,and UCSD. It's good that you want to go Merced because of its newness and small size. I have a feeling that you're pre-med?lol

I honestly have no idea what I want to do. I just want to go to a UC, and I heard this one is the newest. I don't know much about College at all...

Wow, I didn't know I was that well off even with bad ExtraCirriculars and no Foreign Language. Are LA and Berekly my max, or do I have a shot at even higher levels?

... Slight reach... a 4.0 uw is about -1.0 below the requirement to get into UCM.

That farming level is also a little below the average accepted at UCM

Although I think your woodcutting level may decide it. Level 95 woodcutting may allow you to cut yew trees faster, hence sell more yew logs at a faster pace than the average player at UCM and therefore gain you more GP in a shorter period of time. Selling this GP for real money could get you an unofficial Runescape scholarship.

I’m surprise that you didn’t take the MATH II/C for the SATII. (or is it still required for UCs). When I was a senior in high school I had a friend who had a 4.0gpa and perfects on SAT1 and SATII but didn’t take the math II/C. She didn’t get into Cal or Davis.

Personally, I’d raise your farming, ranging, fletching, firemaking, and woodcutting skills. Then, and only then, will you have a decent chance of acceptance.
