Chance Me! Help me create my college list

Hey everyone! I’m currently a junior in HS and am currently trying to narrow down my college list.
Here are some of my stats:
GPA: 3.6UW (school doesn’t do weighting)
ACT: 34 Composite (33E, 33M, 35R, 36S, 10W)
Classes: 6 AP (CalcAB, Micro, Lit, World, Spanish, Gov) 1 Honors (Physics) (previous years were all honors).
ECs: Weak to average at best. Have done a few clubs, and some volunteering, but no leadership and very few awards.

Hooks: None
White male from Connecticut, my school is extremely rigorous and students are highly competitive.
Intended Major: Undecided, but leaning towards PoliSci

As of right now here is my list, I’m hoping to narrow it down to ~10 schools.
U Vermont
Salve Regina
Holy Cross
American
GWU
Northeastern
W&M
Siena
Temple
TCNJ
Marist
Fordham
Susquehanna
George Mason
Villanova
U Maryland

Any feedback is much appreciated!

What about affordability? Can you meet your Expected Family Contribution (EFC) or will you require merit aid?

@Dunboyne I don’t think I’ll qualify for any need-based aid so I would likely require merit. My parents have said they are able to contribute 40-45k per year.

I can tell you from experience that you’d definitely receive Susquehanna’s presidential scholarship, which is 28k/yr. If you’re really chasing merit, I’d throw in Alabama too, if you’re willing to go that far south.

I believe the more expensive/selective schools on your list won’t be affordable: American, Fordham, GWU, Holy Cross, Northeastern, Villanova. W&M will be tough, too.

@outtahere2017 I don’t think I’m interested in going further south than Virginia, but thanks for the help!

@Dunboyne I’ll probably end up applying to 3-4 of those financial/academic reaches just to see if something sticks. Thanks for your feedback!
