Essays+Recs
My essay is AMAZING - English teacher who is notoriously hard to please gave it glowing praise and as a whole my writing skills are great.
Rec Letters- One from 11AP English teacher, one from Spanish teacher (I had her for 2 years), supp from orchestra teacher. All should be good.

Thanks! I am mostly just concerned about my GPA, because I know that my ACT and essay are both really good. Also I have a lot of extenuating circumstances.

Definite no for Duke. The others you are competitive for.

Duke will be a bit of a reach as jarrett stated, but for the other schools listed you are a very competitive applicant. Good luck on admissions!
