<p>Hi!</p>
<p>I am in 12th grade in the Mathematics - Computer Sciences department, in the third High School in Romania.</p>
<p>So far, I have managed to achieve the following:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>a GPA of 3.7</p></li>
<li><p>SAT Subject Tests in French with Listening - 730 and Math IIC - 740</p></li>
<li><p>SAT Reasoning Test - will take in 4 days; expecting a 2000</p></li>
<li><p>I have always been in the top 25% of my class</p></li>
<li><p>I have participated in numerous competitions concerning exact
sciences, including Mathematics and Chemistry, which concluded in:</p></li>
<li><p>a 3rd prize at the Chemistry Contest "Petru Poni", county level,
as well as a Honorable Mention</p></li>
<li><p>a Honorable Mention at the Mathematics Contest "Cristian S.
Calude", county level</p></li>
<li><p>I am especially interested in Informatics, since I own an
European Computer Driving License Core Certificate.</p></li>
<li><p>1st prize at the county competition for applied informatics
"CIA", followed by the participation in the national level</p></li>
<li><p>an Advanced Certificate in English CAE from Cambridge
University, Grade B</p></li>
<li><p>I participated to numerous MUN conferences and workshops in my
town and I received diplomas of proficiency regarding my research
and my outstanding activity</p></li>
<li><p>attended a course named Wake Up Call in Romania, organized by
AIESEC aimed at developing leadership potential</p></li>
<li><p>followed the courses of Junior Achievement Romania, earning two
diplomas in "Communication Techniques" and "Leadership", two years
in a row</p></li>
<li><p>I have always been particularly keen on Literature, being
awarded a 2nd prize for the essay "Art Interferences" and a 3rd
prize for the essay "The literature side in /Maitreyi/ by Mircea
Eliade" during the High School Week Competition</p></li>
<li><p>certificate of appreciation from the High School Principal and
the Mathematics Inspectorate for taking charge of the organization
of the Mathematics Competition "Cristian S. Calude", a
long-standing tradition in our High School</p></li>
<li><p>implication in numerous contests aimed at raising awareness of
the need to protect the environment, such as "Eco-Fashion"</p></li>
</ul>
