Chance me, is that how this works?

Hi guys and girls, I'm new here. I'm currently ending my first year at SDSU as an EE major, and I want to apply to the UC's this fall, with Berkeley in mind. What are my chances at getting in?

My grades:

1st semester: 16 units

US History 103 B ,NOT COUNTED(I got a 5 on the AP test, transferred that credit)
Philosophy 102 A-
Calculus 1 A
Art History 117 A
RWS 200 (English Comprehension) A

3.93 GPA, 13 units counted. On my transcript, the B in history is not included in the final GPA.

2nd Semester: 17 units

C Programming 100 B+
Calculus 2 A
Physics 195(Calc based physics) A-
Physics 195 Lab A
Biology 100 A
Communications 100 A

3.83 GPA, 17 units counted.

Overall GPA: 3.87

On top of this I am in three different honor societies, I am a member of the IEEE and NSCS, and I plan on putting in quite a bit of community service time this summer, and maybe if I'm lucky I have an internship opportunity. I don't mean this thread to be a show off thread or something, even though that B+ is nothing to show off about. Any input is appreciated
