<p>Your APs are great but that fresh/soph GPA will kill your application. What are your extracurriculars? If tests are all you have to show, then don’t hold your breath for these schools.</p>

I also had a Non-Government-Organization that has my name on that, but i actually know nothing about it. my parents did that for me. will those information help me?</p>

<p>You will not be accepted, and I will tell you why:
On paper, you are just another Asian student who has high test scores but not much else to offer. Your ECs really are not meaningful (i.e. parents putting your name on an NGO stinks of privilege), and your GPA is very poor, and playing starcraft is not good excuse, sorry.
