Chance me (johns hopkins, tufts)

I’m currently a junior in high school. And I go to an extremely competitive, well-known high school (ranked #2 in the state) with very rigorous courses. I know that I am a little under both of these school’s requirements, but I have been talking to the coaches at these schools about running for them. I am doing a recruitment camp at Hopkins over the summer, and I am not sure how much of a pull the coaches have on admissions

GRADES
GPA: 3.75 unweighted 4.0 weighted (mostly As and A-'s with one or two Bs)
Class Rank: my school doesn’t have one
I am in all honors and AP classes besides math and French both of which I do very well in every year

TEST SCORES
ACT: 30 (this could be improved if necessary) Essay: 10
Number of AP Courses: 3 currently but 5 by the end of high school (AP Psych, AP Enviro, AP Seminar, AP Comp Sci, AP Lang and Comp)
I take all honors classes except math, but I have gotten a high A in math every year
I have already asked two teachers that I love for rec letters and I expect to have good recommendations

EC:
Varsity XC (captain)
Varsity track (captain) I have the times to be recruited for both Hopkins and Tufts track and xc teams
LINK (a student-run leadership program)
Leadership Development Program
Student Council
NHS
Tutoring
Philly Marathon Volunteer (3 years)
Church volunteer every Sunday

this isn’t all of EC’s just a few that I would consider the most important

I know this is all very general info, but I just want to know if I should try to keep my expectations low and not get too excited about these schools when touring and talking to the coaches

Thanks!!
(other schools I’m interested in include: University of Vermont, Boston University, George Washington University, Colgate, Northeastern, etc.)
