<p>Hey Guys,</p>

<p>My top schools are: NYU Stern, UC Berkeley, University of Virginia and Babson College. Apart from these I am applying to UCSD, UC Riverside, UMass Amherst, UConn, BU, BC and Purdue. The course that I want to pursue is something related to Business Administration or Business Management. </p>

<p>I am in my last year of school and I do the IB. My subjects are predicted scores are:</p>

<p>English HL: 5
Business HL: 7
Economics HL: 6
Biology: 5
Math studies: 6
Spanish Ab Initio: 6
CORE: 3</p>

<p>Total: 38 points</p>

<p>SAT 1: 1880
SAT 2:
English: 520
Math 1: 600</p>

<p>But, I am retaking all of them.</p>

<p>Apart from these, I am a grade 3 violinst, play piano and guitar. I am Head of Prefects for my school. I also did DofE and went on a community service trip to India as part of a few of my achievements</p>

<p>Could you guys please tell me on whether or not you think I would be able to get into my top choice which is NYU as well as what SAT scores I should be aiming for given my choice of schools. Also if anyone could include a few pointers to keep in mind while I do their essays it would be really helpful. </p>

<p>What country are you going to school in?</p>

<p>What is your financial status - are you funding these colleges from your pocket?</p>

<p>The scores seem rather low for some of these schools and they don’t admit based on predicted scores. So you will need a GPA from your school.</p>

I dont know much about IBs…but isn’t 38 a bit on the lower side?
As of now NYU Stern is a reach…get your SAT up to a 2100ish, because that is the average for Stern
Berkley honestly is a high reach
UVa is a reach/high match I think
Idk about Babson…</p>
