comment anyone?

I would guess that since you are applying to Howard that you are African-American?
Rutgers-Match
Cornell-Reach
NYU Stern-Reach?(I dont know how selective it is, but I know its one of the business programs in the country)
Emory-Match/slight reach
Columbia-big reach
Penn-big reach
UNC-Chapel Hill-reach
Howard-in
Brown-reach
Duke-reach

Take those with a grain of salt, but that's my 2 cents.

After re-reading your post, I see that you already mentioned that you are African-American....ehh, my bad, guess I should have read a little closer.

I don't know what to do with the wGPA; uwGPA provides more information.
If that rank is provided, it may sting at the top of the spectrum (Columbia, Penn, Brown, Duke).
How much time have you put in at Salvation Army? You may be able to spin this into essay material if it was significant to you. Ditto the McD's stint.

Thus:
Rutgers-middling safety (assuming you are a resident of NJ as no OOS label is beside it)
Cornell-high match/low reach
NYU/Stern-middling reach
Emory-high match
Columbia-middling reach
UNC/CH-low reach
Howard-high safety
Brown-middling reach
Duke-middling reach

I have no idea what you want in a school so I am unable to recommend any others. Besides, you have enough already.

Unweighted is 3.4 BUT, I've taken all honors and 6 APs. Please tell me that a B+ has got to be worth something these days.
