ec’s include: community service, tutoring, paid job, cheer leading, class president for 3 years, captain of dance team, involved in marching band, Spanish National Honors Society, Rho Kappa NHS, Mu Alpha Theta NHS, and NHS
class rank 81/629 at very competitive high school

Ohio state doesn’t do ED only EA. Do you plan to take act again? If you’re not in top 10% you really should try to have a 30-31. I think your stats are really good but Ohio state is getting very competitive. I’m also a prospective student so I am just going off what others have said on this forum. Good luck!

Depending on whether your high school is quite competitive or not your chances will fluctuate.
