chance me- particularly for UVA!

I am a Virginia student in the Virginia Governor's School. I have a score of 1970 on the SAT I, 750 on English SAT II and 710 on US History SAT II. I am ranked top 15 percentile in my class (not too good!), but I have taken a lot of APs. This year I'm taking five, last year I took four and two the year before (total of eleven aps). I'm founder and president of my school's environmental club, I've been tutoring after school throughout high school (about an hour a two per week) and I am captain of debate. I have a couple of awards for debate, as well as some random extracurriculars thrown in there (I did swim team for a year and band for three years). My essays are pretty strong and my teacher recommendation is awesome. What do you think my chances are for:

UVA (1st choice!)
George Mason University (safety)
Boston University
Mcgill University (canada!)
Northeastern

Any comments would be really appreciated! I just submitted my applications last night and I'm slightly terrified.

my cumulative gpa is a 3.6... eek.

i guess i don't have three thousand extracurriculars like everyone else? I didn't think to include everything I only said the important stuff... huh.

I also did Girl's State and a mentorship at a Law Firm.
I also have a job as a waitress and earlier worked as a life guard (average ten or fifteen hours per week.)

As far as my high school, I'd say half my class is getting into at least one or two ivies. Which is another thing- will people from my class applying to UVA hurt my chances? Some people say it will, some say it won't.

Please reply!

Any opinions would be ok, really. It doesn't have to be a college admissions officer. :)

I would say you're a shoo-in for McGill. I'm unsure of the admissions for international students for Canadian universities but in general, I find it relatively easy to get in, and there after is just weeding.
