Hello guys, been worried about not being able to take my SATs again. Would my current stats be good enough for Penn State Main? I am planning on applying early action to the biology department. I want to go to Penn State because they have many research and clinical opportunities for pre-med students.

Sat: 1440 (670 English, 770 Math)
GPA: 102 Weighted, 97.5 Unweighted
President and Founder of HS Debate Club
8+ AP Classes (not counting the 5 more i’m taking next year)
Many different Orchestra related activities (too many to list), including first chair of HS Orchestra
Both parents went to Penn State (i don’t know if that counts for anything)

Also what would be my chances for SHC? I have some good letters or recommendation.

You have an excellent chance of being accepted to Penn State UP. SHC admissions are not based on standardized test scores but a combination of grades, recommendations, interviews (optional), and (probably most important) answers to essay questions. There is no reliable way to chance you for SHC.
