Chance me please - A little Worried

Hi everyone,

I am an asian junior at a slightly competitive public high school

GPA: UW - 91.6666 W - 98.72 (pretty low, i will reference this later)
Class rank (based on weighted GPA) : 8 out of ~450
Courses: all ap and honors since freshman year: this year ap calc ab, ap chem, ap bio, ap ush, ap english, and french honors. ( one of only 3-5 people in my grade with this type of schedule - most rigorous so far without dropping foreign language)
SAT: last time I took it I got 2220, but I am going to retake to get above a 2300. Honestly prospective score: 2300 - 2330

EC:
Science Fair Club (Co-pres.) - regional awards
Model UN
A club that helps out disasters in the world (don't really want to publicize it, but it is relatively not known) - Print officer, videographer
FBLA
NHS
Volunteering at hospital/library
Work at a lab after a school once a week or so

Awards:
Basically few regional awards for science fair.

Schools
These are reaches; I do have safeties (and they are safeties, so I don't need chances on them), but if you would like to recommend a safety school that is really cheap or gives a lot of aid/scholarship, please list them.

University of Pennsylvania, Columbia, Harvard, Yale, Northwestern. Harvard and Yale are just for kicks.

Comments:
I am worried my unweighted GPA is too low for the ivy leagues. If so, should I even bother applying. If you did get into these types of schools or know people who did, would you mind posting their approximate (guesstimate) UW GPA.

And I know my ECs are a bit too average, but do you have any tips that I can do over the summer between my junior and senior year. I have a strong interest in science, international relations (which I found out this year), and just in general helping people or trying to figure out ways to solve problems in our world.

Thanks for your time and help. I would be very happy for any type of constructive input.
