Did you run the financial aid calculators for Montclair or Ramapo? For 85% of students at Montclair the cost of attendance is 15k including room and board.
You realize CUNY schools don’t have dorms except for the complex on the upper west side?
No I will have to do that with my parents

Baruch does have housing. 12k a year and does not include meals.
I don’t think you will do better than the NJ state schools.

I would apply to Montclair, Ramapo and Stockton.
Rowan I don’t think you will get in.
Not sure because based on naviance for my school, the GPAs are significantly lower for many schools then what they would normally require.
