Chance me please!! Cornell, Creighton, Johns Hopkins, Columbia

What are my chances of getting accepted to Cornell, Creighton, Upenn, and Columbia, and Johns Hopkins for Chemistry, Pre-Medical, or Biology?
I am currently a high school junior from Castlewood, South Dakota.
GPA : 3.97 out of 4.00
ACT + writing : 27 (34 subscore for science) (I plan on taking the ACT again).
AP Courses : By graduation I plan to have taken 6 AP Courses (Bio, AB Calc, Eng/Lang, USGov/Poli, Chem, and Psych - Already got a 5 on Bio).
Varsity Sports : Hockey 9th-12th ; Football 10th and 12th ; Baseball 9th-12th
Fine Arts : Band 11th-12th ; Producer and student director of school plays 10th-12th ; Actor in OneAct Play 11th-12th ; Received placement ribbons for artwork at state fair.
EC / Clubs : Youth Group 7th-12th ; JETS 9th-12th (only sophomore to ever make Varsity team) ; Chess Club 9th-12th ; 100+ tutoring hours in high school ; Editor/Writer of school newspaper 10th-12th ; Yearbook editor 12th ; 50+ hours of job shadowing at hospital ; NSLC Alumni ; NHS member 10th-12th ; SkillsUSA member (local president).
I think cultural diversity will be in my favor. I come from a high school of only 70 kids. I've been the only one from Castlewood to take AP Bio, Calc, or Government, and the only sophomore that has taken an AP course.

Get your standardized test scores up, and you will have a higher chance. You have pretty good ECs as well. They show a lot of breath and depth.

Good chances with a higher ACT

Your ECs seem really good and pretty well rounded, but you would definitely need to improve your ACT score.
