Chance me please!!! Did I ruin my chances?

I'm most likely going to audition for USC Thornton for Jazz Voice. I'm an Asian Male, I go to one of the best high schools in the country and best in my state. Other schools I'm thinking of are UCLA, U of North Texas, U of Miami, Columbia, Stanford and some conservatories, but USC and UCLA are my top choices

My GPA 3.61 (UW) 4.71(W) and an Academic GPA of 3.53 (UW) and 4.74(W). The thing is I got a C in AP US History both semesters Sophomore year, a C in Japanese, and D in Chemistry 2nd semester. I They were all borderline grades, but I messed up on finals cause my grandmother passed away right before finals, and her funeral was the day before finals. I managed to get all A's junior year though, so there is a dip in my grades. My school only offers Honors and AP classes except PE.

My test scores are good, I got a 35 on the ACT and 2300 on the SAT.
4 on AP US Exam, 5 on AP Music Theory, 5 on AP Human Geo, 5 on AP Lang

My Extracurriculars are
Sung in school choir for 4 years

Private Lessons
Singing Internship

So chance me? Any suggestions to boost my chances? Comments? Please Help! Thanks!

You definitely have a shot at Stanford and Columbia if you do well senior year. Your test scores are great, and colleges will definitely take into account the rigor of your high school when they look at your UW. You should also mention on the app how the passing of your grandmother affected you on your finals. If you’ve looked at any other Ivies, I think you should also apply to them.
