SAT: 2300 (superscore, took twice) Math: 740 CR: 800 Writing: 760 ( 9 on essay...)
ACT: 33</p>
<p>SAT IIs: Bio M: 790, Math 2: 800, Chemistry: 790</p>
<p>AP: all 5's. Biology, chemistry, environmental science, BC calc, AB subscore</p>
<p>GPA: 3.93/4.00, our school doesn't weight grades</p>
<p>I take as many honors courses in math and science as is humanly possible at high school. No honors social studies is offered at school. No real honors English. No AP courses offered at school--all the grades above are from self-study</p>
<p>Note that this year I'm taking an intro physics course at an Ivy league university with my other high school classes. First midterm grade: 96%, median was 82%.</p>
<p>Rank: 10% easily, we don't rank, so this is just a guess. Graduating class size is approximately 190.</p>
<p>EC:
Violin: All-state (3 years so far, will test this year again), All-New Englands (2 years, didn't do freshman year, will test again this year), Concertmaster of school orchestra this year and last year.</p>
<p>Varsity swimming: 4 years, varsity captain senior year</p>
<p>Varsity tennis: 3 years, varsity captain senior year, state team championship runner-up (2x)</p>
<p>"Varsity" quiz bowl: 3 years, go to HSNCT (national tournament) annually, win state competitions annually as team</p>
<p>Community service as peer tutor, random community service (not too many hours)</p>

All will be good. Guidance counselor is friendly, has written recs for me before. Other teachers (math, science) will write excellent recs because they love me.</p>
