i've already sent in my application for ED1 because it's my first choice (why else, ha). i think i have a decent chance of getting in but hopefully i can get some other opinions.

-gpa-3.75, weighted-4.51
i've been on honor roll since freshman year
our school doesn't rank
most of my classes are honors/ap/ib level
also, i have 9 credits carried over from middle school, do those count for anything, maybe?

i live in maryland, and i'm an asian girl

-sat: 2210, cr 660(:( i've already taken it twice so i don't plan on taking it again), m 800, w 750
-sat 2: math2 800

-aps: nsl-3, apush-3 (i'm not sending in my 3s), comp sci-4, lit-4, bc calc-5 (ab subset-5)
this year im going to take: stat, lang

-ibs: comp sci sl-5, french sl-6
this year im going to take: hl math, hl english, hl history, hl/sl physics (haven't decided yet)
i'm also on track to get my ib diploma and my ee topic is math

-ecs:
this is what i'm most worried about because i dont have that many
chinese school (9th, 10th, i graduated in 10th because i was two grades ahead)
wushu (9th, 10th)
math honor society (11th, 12th)
science national honor society (11th, 12th)
co-leader of a crafts club (11th, 12th)
math team (12th)
set con(12th)
i also mentioned that for 9th-11th and a bit of 12th i spent after school, 2:30-5:30 ish at the library, waiting for my parents to pick me up. during that time i would read.

-essays are strong

-recs are pretty strong, one's from a math teacher, other's from a social studies teacher

i want to get a math/computer science major and possibly business minor (i'd apply to CAS)
this year i'm taking 3 math classes (multi-variable calculus which isn't honors but it's college level, ib hl math, ap stat) and i haven't ever gotten a b in math

does it mean anything that i'm a girl? my parents insist that increases my chances but i don't really agree.

also, my grades show a downward trend which i've explained is due to family issues that have been somewhat resolved beginning my senior year. they're still all a's and b's.

since i'm eding, they wouldn't see my senior grades until after their decision, but this quarter my grades have gone up pretty significantly and i've mentioned a shift in my focus from family to academics so i know i'm going to follow through second quarter as well.
