For UMich oos, you would be a match to high match for LSA but very high match to low reach for CoE considering the admission rate. There are Computer Science Majors in both. Your GPA is right above admission average for LSA but below average for CoE. Your ACT is above or at 75%.

Overall Thoughts- I really think you need to show more of a passion and drive for the major of your choice. I suggest trying to take a course of some kind in that field this upcoming year and flushing out your E.C.s there as well. While overall you have strong test scores, curriculum, and E.C.'s it is a bit all over the place. School’s like students who are well rounded, but they want you to show why you will be successful in the field you are asking them to teach you. I think NYU is a pretty safe bet as your scores and E.C.'s are definitely within if not exceeding their averages, but Berkeley and UPenn are reaches because your GPA and E.C.'s specific to computer science need some work. (sorry not familiar enough with said programs an Ann Arbor to comment)

Suggestions-
Display the passion and drive for computer science somehow - maybe even connect some of your leadership skills by running a camp for underprivileged kids in which you teach tech or organizing a E-Cycle Drive. There are lots of ways to connect your other skills to show them while you are multitalented your passion is in tech.
-While you have obviously challenged yourself academically which is important to all of your schools your GPA is borderline so I suggest really digging deep 1st semester senior year to show them your strength academically.

I agree smartcookie333. I actually changed my majors after posting this thread to Finance/Econ with a MINOR in Comp Sci. I also know that in the senior year, I am taking AP Comp Sci. and AP Physics. I am also taking AP Econ to show support my econ major. I know that my passion may be a little low, but do you think applying ED to either berkeley and upenn would raise my chances?
