Hi!
I’m looking to see what you guys think my chances are for getting in UCSD and UCSB. My UC unweighted GPA is a 3.79 and my weighted is a 4.6 and my capped weighted is a 4.13. My Sat score is a 1320, I got a 700 in Reading and 620 in math. I have taken Honors English 1-2, 3-4 and AP Language and am taking AP literature. I also have taken AP Euro, AP USH, and am currently in AP Econ/Gov. I also have taken Honors Conceptual Physics, Honors Biology, AP Biology and am currently in AP Chem. I also have taken Honors Geometry, Honors Algebra 3-4, Honors PreCalculus and AP Calc B-C. I also have taken Mandarin 1-2, 3-4 and Honors 5-6 and 7-8. I am in Key Club, NHS, SOWS, on the e-board for Mandarin Club and volunteer at the hospital.

UCSB: 38%

Depending upon your intended major, how your essays and EC’s are viewed, I would say around a 50/50 chance or higher. Hopefully you applied widely and have some solid Match and Safety schools on your list.
UCSB probably - USCD, probably not.
