<p>You have an excellent. Your SAT is only slightly below average. Probably 30% to 40% of Kenyon freshmen have lower SAT’s than you. Your blog, freelance writing, and “Spoken Word” should be a major plus. Being Canadian likely to help your chances, but perhaps will make no difference. Make sure to do an interview. It really helps.</p>

<p>If you visit campus, I recommend that you look at a couple of other Ohio schools; College of Wooster plus the Honors Tutorial College at Ohio University in Athens. The HTC at OU is fantastic for people with the kind of initiative that you have shown. This is not an honors program. HTC is a small college within the larger university, and is based on the tutorial method used at Oxford and Cambridge.
