I think that you look right on track although it is a little harder for girls to get in than boys.
Try to bring your GPA up a bit if you can.

wow–4 MVPs/POYs in three years!
you should pull your SAT/GPA up. CHC is much more competitive now.
Take Princeton Review–you can bring that little 1850 up to 2150 and then you would have no worries.

I think you have a great shot. Your background is very impressive.

You’re definitely not shooting in the dark, it’s a very realistic school for you. Obviously at any top-level school there’s no such thing as a sure thing but bringing up grades/ scores is always a good bet. For Holy Cross specifically, AP classes look good, academics are demanding and they are looking for students willing to put in the work. Most important for Holy Cross is showing that it is the school you are most interested in. The following steps are the top ways to heighten your chances:

  1. Interview. Admissions sets them up regularly for perspective students (be sure to ask them questions too, that’s important)
  2. Visit campus for as many scheduled events as possible, be sure to be get your name in the mix early.
  3. If you have any family members or close family friends (or friends who you can make appear close) who are alums/students you should stress that connection in interviews or any writing you do to admissions. Holy Cross is a small school that operates a bit like a big family, legacy can be the deciding factor that gets you that fat envelope.
  4. If Holy Cross is where you want to go, apply early decision. It gives you the best odds because a) its a smaller pool of applicants and b) it shows the level of commitment that admissions wants, so, even if you are deferred to the next round of selection, your explicit commitment to HC will put you ahead of the pack.
Keep in touch with the athletic staff. Athletic inclination, even recruitment, is not usually considered by admissions staff but keeping up a dialogue with coaches can’t hurt.
