<p>My recommendations will most likely be really good, but obviously I can never be sure.
However, my guidance counselor nominated me for the city's outstanding student of the month and a teacher that will write one of my recommendations asked me to be president of the club she sponsors. Also, the same guidance counselor gave me another award and the other teacher who will write my recommendation gave me an award.</p>

<p>My essays will probably be good, but I haven't completely finished.</p>

<p>I am a published writer and I am currently writing a novel. I am also a songwriter who performs regularly and I taught myself guitar as well as playing piano, saxophone, and singing. I am a public speaker, I give presentations to my church youth group and organizations around my state and school. I intern/volunteer at a hospital. I am a tutor and plan to get a real job this coming school year</p>

<p>All are competitive schools so it’s hard to chance for sure, but you seem well qualified!
One thing that you should note, you have many EC’s, but only ten slots on the Common App. They’re also not very focused, but depending on the wording of the activities, you might be able to pull it off.</p>

<p>Just curious: how are you taking AB and BC the same year? I was under the impression that wasn’t possible.</p>

<p>@allthelamps Thanks for replying. My schools does a block schedule, so we don’t take all year classes. </p>

<p>So you’re basically taking BC? Because the curriculum for Calc BC 1st semester is AB Calc. The exam tests it that way too - in addition to your overall BC score you have an AB subscore.</p>
