<p>Thanks for the response JohnBlack Do you think my chances will increase a lot by having a 1300 on my SAT scores? UNC is really where I want to go. BTW I have a sibling there, does that matter?</p>

<p>Yes. Retaking the SAT would probably help quite a bit. Probably over 50% of instate students in your app class will score above 1300. Having a sister might help but maybe not enough to count on.</p>
